What is an EFT Session?
An EFT session is a practice that aims to calm the nervous system and rebalance the mind-body connection through gentle taps on the end points of the body’s energy meridians. Based on acupuncture points, this method is applied entirely through the person’s own body without the use of needles.
The goal of the EFT approach is not to suppress or ignore negative emotions, but to establish safe contact with them and release the tension they create in the body. During the session, the individual learns to recognize and accept the emotion they are experiencing and observe its physical manifestation. EFT tapping, performed with this awareness, supports bodily relaxation and increases mental clarity.
By the end of an EFT session, many clients express feeling lighter, more balanced, and stronger—both spiritually and physically.

How Does an EFT Session Proceed? The first step in an EFT session is the clear acceptance of the topic to be worked on. The aim is not to judge or suppress the problem, but to notice it as it is. Then, the individual observes the intensity that arises in the body and emotions when focusing on this topic.
This intensity is tracked throughout the session using a scale from -10 to +10. During EFT tapping, gentle touches are made with fingertips to specific energy points on the body. After each round, the emotional intensity is re-evaluated, and the work continues as needed.
The goal of the session is to enable the individual to look at the issue from a calmer, clearer, and more balanced perspective as the emotional intensity decreases. The process proceeds entirely under control, respecting the client’s boundaries.
