We offer Systemic Coaching services to public institutions and organizations, private companies, hospitals, family businesses, associations, foundations, sports teams, societies, and corporate firms. Systemic Coaching is a form of coaching adapted from Family Constellation therapy for Companies and Organizations.
This methodology is applied to help managers and other leaders in the organization identify issues and discover solutions. It can be conducted as a coaching session for the entire company, for a specific topic, or before an important meeting.
Most systemic work is done with managers and company or department leaders, focusing on uncovering hidden dynamics that are essential to the success of the company or organization. It is also used for individuals, helping them recognize the current dynamics in their position within the company to enable meaningful change.
What is Systemic Coaching used for?
Organizational Constellations are primarily used to analyze alternatives for possible changes, explore different possibilities, diagnose problems, etc., helping clients discover better strategies to implement the solutions found.
