EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a method that involves tapping on the endpoints of energy meridians around the body to reduce physical tension and promote a deeper mind-body connection. EFT training consists of a 10-hour online and 16-hour in-person course that teaches how to apply EFT techniques, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques. Through this program, you will learn the various fields where EFT can be applied, the different EFT schools used worldwide, and how to utilize positive EFT techniques in detail. Upon completing the assigned project, you will gain knowledge and competence in EFT techniques and earn an international certificate, officially becoming an EFT specialist.

What are the Requirements for Joining the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Training?

There are no special prerequisites to join EFT training. Anyone interested in contributing to their personal development, enhancing their knowledge in psychology, or those already providing psychological counseling or coaching services and wishing to learn about EFT can participate.
