What Is the Purpose of Family Constellation Training?

The goal of Family Constellation training is to help participants become experts in the field and apply the method in the following areas:

• Understanding the psychological dynamics within the family of origin,
• Uncovering past family traumas,
• Releasing non-belonging energies, burdens, roles, and responsibilities inherited from ancestors and family members, enabling personal liberation,
• Resolving the impacts of role confusion related to parenthood,
• Identifying and addressing blockages through chosen representatives and information from the collective subconscious.

Who Can Join the Training?

• Participants must be at least 20 years old.
• If undergoing psychotherapeutic treatment, an approval letter from the therapist confirming that participation is harmless is required.
• The training is suitable for anyone who wishes to work on their personal life issues and those aspiring to professionalize as a Family Constellation Facilitator. After the training, participants will be able to successfully facilitate constellations for individual, family, relationship, and friendship matters.
• This training is ideal for those seeking to professionalize or specialize in systemic constellation work in therapeutic, educational, or social fields.
• It’s important to note that while psychological and therapeutic knowledge will be provided, the training is not a scientific course in psychology or psychotherapy.
• At the end of the training, participants will receive the title of Family Constellation Facilitator and obtain an internationally recognized certificate.
• The training includes both theoretical and practical experience, with course notes provided in PDF format after the training.

• What is a system? What is systemic therapy?
• History of systemic therapy
• What is Family Constellation?
• Mirror neurons, morphic field, knowing field
• Systemic Laws and Orders of Love
• Orders of Helping, Belonging, Conscience, and Balance

Module 2:

• Genogram and its use in systemic family therapy
• Creating our own genogram

Module 3:

• Different approaches in Family Constellation: Phenomenological, Structural, Gestalt, Hypnotic
• The intention method

Module 4:

• Rules and boundaries for facilitators, representatives, and clients
• The facilitator’s relationship with the client and constellation
• Transference, countertransference, and projection
• Creative guidance inspired by the field

Module 5:

• Family Constellation techniques and fields of practice
• Diseases, trauma, intergenerational transmission
• Relationship constellations, loss, and grief

Module 6:

• Stages of consciousness
• Life integration process
• Healing birth and early attachment traumas

Module 7:

• Relationship constellations
• Working with inner parts, divorce, and separation
• Different attachment styles (anxious, avoidant, disorganized, secure)

Module 8:

• Somatic approach and working with emotions
• Connecting to inner wisdom
• Application of EFT and EMO techniques in family constellations

Module 9:

• Final applications, Q&A, and final exam

Optional Summer Camp: July 11-13, 2025 (In-person, additional fee required)
