Liberate from Traumas with EFT

About the Session Psychology defines trauma as experiences that leave deep traces on a person’s body and soul, straining their connection with life. Even if the event itself has passed, the emotional effects of trauma can persist in the mind and body. At this point, EFT therapy aims to work safely with the emotional burdens that arise post-trauma.

EFT trauma work addresses the emotional responses, physical stress imprints, and subconscious burdens left by the trauma—without forcing the individual to relive the event itself. The goal is not to “erase” the trauma, but to reduce its impact on you, enabling you to reconnect with life.

Situations That Can Lead to Psychological Trauma Psychological trauma can arise from various experiences. Among the most common causes are:

  • War, explosions, and violent events

  • Natural disasters

  • Harassment and sexual abuse

  • Accidents

  • Domestic violence

  • Physical and emotional neglect or abuse during childhood

Emotional Effects of Trauma Following such experiences, individuals may experience emotional reactions such as:

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Panic attacks

  • Insomnia

  • Depression

  • Numbness and withdrawal

  • Anger outbursts

  • Guilt and shame

  • Feelings of abandonment

  • Hopelessness and helplessness

An EFT session supports the individual in rebuilding their internal balance by working through these emotions step-by-step.
